Rainy Morning at the Market

It was an early morning at the market for me, and a cold one at that. However I had a ball. It was so fun to just go with an idea in my head, and then just buy! Given that the wedding this weekend is for our dear friends and that I had been granted creative freedom, I just let it flow. Perhaps a little too much! :)Regardless, I love what I purchased. I wanted to stay away from the predictable and what I always go with as a safety. The theme is wildflower, rustic, simple, country - so I tried to keep that in mind, while also remembering that this is going to be a gorgeous wedding on an amazing estate - so not too simple. Above is a glimpse of my final cart leaving the market! YIKES! Here is a run down of some of the flowers I purchased: Viburnum, Dahlia, Lilac, Veronica, Lepto blue, Queen Anne's lace, Snapdragons, Mini Sunflowers, Peonies, Blueplurpem, Caspia, Wax flower, Alstro, Silver eucalyptus, Thistle, Golden aster!
That's a lot of flowers! Stay tuned for more updates and photos as the week goes on!
