Right on top of that, Rose!

Despite being tired, I am still pushing forward and looking ahead to next week. After tomorrow's wedding, there are 2 more to go!
Next week's wedding is going to involve lots of wiring! The bride wants cymbidium orchids and calla lilies as her bouquet, as well as the bridesmaids. Since cymbidiums are short stemmed that means tons of wire and tape. My fingers hurt just thinking about it!
Anyway, I put together my order this morning so that I am ready to go with my list at the market next Wednesday morning. I was debating placing an order in advance with one of my wholesalers, but I have decided against it. For this wedding, as well as tomorrow's, I did not order in advance. I haven't been happy with the quality of the flowers when I order from this one particular vendor. Its happened a few times now, so I decided I would take my chances at the market. So far it has worked out well. Its forced me to branch out and see what other vendors have to offer, and also make some new friends. I think this is overall good for my business. More people know my face, know Take A Whiff, and also I really feel like I am getting better prices.
Regardless, I did my list/order for next week's wedding already! I am pretty impressed with myself for being so on top of it! Yahoo!
